ABOUT US
Fashion On The Beat (FOTB) is a vivid collection of stories, interviews, and thoughts related to the creative industries (fashion, art, beauty, and design). We strive to make a social impact with our writing. We have a smaller holistic section called the garden (no capital letters!), where our readers can find restorative and healthy ways to overcome and navigate the twists and turns in their lives.
We're a digital safe haven for the young freelance media professionals building editorial portfolios in between jobs and gigs.
Our editorial contributors are also students, former artists, current adjunct lecturers … literally anyone who could benefit from having their editorial work published online (with correct credits, edits, and networking opportunities in alignment with their journalistic scope of interest - their own beat).
We offer literary resources, in-person events, and mentorship opportunities to the next generation of writers. Stay tuned with our events here!
